illustrate
The LMH2100 is intended to use a 40 dB RF power detector in CDMA and WCDMA applications. The device has an RF frequency range from 50 MHz to 4 GHz. It provides an accurate linear relationship between temperature and power supply compensation for output voltage in dBm of RF input power. The circuit operates from a single 2.7V to 3.3V supply.
The LMH2100 has an RF power sensing range from -45 dBm to -5 dBm, ideal for direct use, combined with a 30 dB directional coupler. Additional low-pass filtered output signals can be passed through external resistors and capacitors. Figure (a) shows a detector with an additional output low-pass filter. The filter frequency is set with RSandCS。
Figure (b) shows an additional feedback low-pass filter detector. resistorRP is optional and reduces the transimpedance gain (RTRANS)。 CP / / CtransandRP / / RtransFilter frequency settings.
The device is aggressive, as Enable = High, otherwise it is in low-power shutdown mode. To conserve power and prevent the external filter capacitor from discharging, the output (OUT) is shut down when the impedance is high.
The LMH2100 power detector is available in a small 0.4mm pitch micro SMD package.
