®The LT 1014 is the first precision quad operational amplifier that can be directly upgraded from a design with the industry-standard 14-pin DIP LM324 / LM348 / OP-11 / 4156-pin configuration. Compared to single-channel op amps, it no longer needs to sacrifice performance metrics while saving board-level space and cost.
With a low offset voltage of 50μV, drift of 0.3μV/°C, offset current of 0.15nA, gain of 8 million, common-mode rejection of 117dB, and supply rejection of 120dB, the LT1014 is a truly accurate four-channel operational amplifier. Of particular importance is the low offset voltage, as offset zero termination is not provided in a four-channel configuration. Although each amplifier has a supply current of only 350μA, it is still capable of supplying and absorbing more than 20mA of load current and maintaining high voltage gain thanks to a new output stage design.
Similarly, the LT1013 is the first precision dual-channel op-amp to feature an 8-pin industry standard configuration, enabling performance upgrades for popular devices such as the MC1458/MC1558, LM158, and OP-221. The LT1013's specifications are similar (if not slightly better) than the LT1014.
Both the LT1013 and LT1014 can operate from a single 5V power supply: the input common-mode range includes ground potential; The output can also swing to within a few millivolts (mV) of ground potential. Eliminates crossover distortion, which is very noticeable in previous single-supply designs. A complete set of specifications is available with ±15V and a single 5V supply.
