Product Introduction

In production, the BiCom-II was adopted THS4281 a low-power, rail-to-rail input and output, voltage feedback operational amplifier designed to operate on a wide 2.7 V supply range of 15-V single supply and ± 1.35 V to ± 7.5 V dual supply. Consumes a 90 MHz unity gain bandwidth and a slew rate of up to 35-V/μs with a slew rate of only 750 microamps, allowing for portable THS4281 or other power-sensitive applications to achieve high performance with minimal power. To ensure long battery life in portable applications, the trim quiescent current is less than 900 microamps at +25°C, and 1 mA from -40°C to +85°C

THS4281 is a true single supply that goes beyond guardrails with an amplifier with a specified common-mode input range of 400 mV.
