Fabricado en el proceso de uso de BiCom-II, el THS4281 es un amplificador operacional de retroalimentación de voltaje de baja potencia, entrada y salida de riel a riel, diseñado para operar desde un amplio rango de 2.7 V con una sola fuente de 15 V y ± operación de alimentación dual de 1.35 V a ± 7.5 V. El ancho de banda de ganancia de unidad consumido a 90 MHz y la velocidad de respuesta de 35 V / μs de alto son solo 750 microamperios, lo que permite que el THS4281 u otras aplicaciones sensibles a la energía se lleven a cabo para lograr un alto rendimiento con una potencia mínima.
