The TPS60150 is a switched capacitor voltage converter that generates a regulated, low noise, low ripple output voltage from an unregulated input voltage (5V).

The 5V output is available in a small 2X2 QFN package, currently starting at 140mA.

The TPS60150 works inSkip pulse mode, when the load current is typical below 8 mA. In skip mode operation, quiescent current drops to 90μA.

Only three external capacitors can generate the output voltage, saving PCB space.

Inrush current is limited to soft-start functionality during power and power transient states.
