illustrate
The LMP8645 and LMP8645HV precision sense sense resistors are current sense amplifiers with small differential voltages across the high input supply voltage range from 2.7V to 12V in the presence of common-mode voltages.
The LMP8645 accepts signals from -2V to 42V with input common-mode voltages, while the LMP8645HV accepts input signals with common-mode voltages ranging from -2V to 76V. In LMP8645 and LMP8645HV adjustable gain applications, supply current and high common-mode voltage are decisive factors. The gain configuration is a resistor that provides a high degree of flexibility with an accuracy of 2% (maximum), including low gain setting resistors. Output buffering to provide low output impedance. This high-side current-sense amplifier is ideal for detecting and monitoring current, overtemperature, excellent AC and DC specifications, and current detection errors in DC or battery-powered systems, and keeping them to a minimum. Ideal for industrial, automotive and consumer applications, the LMP8645 is available in a TSOT-6 package.
