The ADG5207 is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer with eight differential channels. The ADG5207 switches one of the eight differential inputs to a common differential output based on the addresses identified by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and A2.
The device provides an EN input to enable or disable the device. When this pin is low, the device is disabled and all channels are turned off. The ultra-low capacitance and charge injection characteristics of these switches make them an ideal solution for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications that require low glitches and fast settling times. The high switching speed and high signal bandwidth make these devices suitable for video signal switching applications.
When turned on, the switches conduct the same in both directions, and the input signal range extends to the supply voltage range. Under the disconnected condition, the signal level that reaches the supply voltage is prevented.
The ADG5207 has no VLpin, the logic supply is generated internally by an on-chip voltage generator.

Product features
- Channel isolation prevents latch-up.
The dielectric channel separates the P-channel from the N-channel transistor, ensuring that latch-up does not occur even under severe overvoltage conditions.
- Switching designs optimized for low charge injection, low switched capacitance, and low leakage current.
- ADG5207Reach 8 kV on the I/O port connected to the power pin, 2 kV on the I/O port connected to the I/O port pin, and 8 kV on all other pins.
- Dual-supply operation.
For bipolar analog signal applications,ADG5207Dual supplies up to ±22 V can be operated.
- Single-supply operation.
For unipolar analog applications, the ADG5207 can operate from a single-rail supply up to 40 V.
