The HMC722LC3C is an AND/NAND/OR/NOR feature designed to support data transfer rates up to 13 Gbps and up to 13 GHzClock frequency。 The HMC772LC3C can be easily configured to provide any of the following logic functions: AND, NAND, OR, or NOR. The HMC722LC3C also has an output level control pin, VR, which can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals of the HMC722LC3C are terminated to ground through a 50-Ω resistor on-chip and support DC or AC coupling. The differential outputs of the HMC722LC3C can be DC or AC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system, and DC blocking capacitors can be used if 50 Ω terminated to a non-ground DC voltage. The HMC722LC3C operates from a single -3.3V DC supply in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
