Product Details:

HMC722LC3C is an AND/NAND/OR/NOR function designed to support data transfer rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. HMC772LC3C can be easily configured to provide any of the following logical functions: AND, NAND, OR, or NOR. HMC722LC3C also has an output level control pin VR that can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.

All input signals HMC722LC3C are connected to ground via a 50-Ω resistor top end and support DC or AC coupling. The differential output of HMC722LC3C can be DC or AC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system, or DC isolation capacitors if 50 Ω terminated to a non-ground DC voltage. HMC722LC3C operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and is housed in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
