The HMC851LC3C is an XOR/XNOR gate feature that supports data rates up to 28 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 28 GHz. The HMC851LC3C also integrates an output level control pin, VR, which can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals of the HMC851LC3C are terminated to on-chip ground at 50 Ω and can be AC or DC coupled. The differential outputs of the HMC851LC3C can be AC or DC coupled. The outputs can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system and can be used if a 50 Ω terminated to an ungrounded DC voltage is usedDC-blocking capacitors。 The HMC851LC3C operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and is available in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
