illustrate
Ideal for space-critical applications, the LM4041's high-precision voltage reference is available in miniature SC70 and SOT-23 surface-mount packages. While ensuring the stability of any capacitive load, the easy-to-use LM4041, LM4041's advanced design eliminates the need for external stabilizing capacitors. Further reducing the design effort is the availability of a fixed (1.225V) and adjustable reverse breakdown voltage. The LM4041-1.2 and LM4041-ADJ have a minimum operating current of 60μA. Both versions have a maximum operating current of 12 milliamps.
The LM4041 utilizes fuses and Zener ZAP reverse breakdown or voltage reference adjustment to ensure better accuracy than ± 0.1% (Class A) at 25°C on the main part of the wafer. The temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance of the bandgap reference ensure a wide range of operating temperature and current-stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy.
