illustrate
The ADC108S052 is a low power, 8-channel, 10-bit analog-to-digital converter that converts a specified CMOS of 500 ksps with a throughput rate of 200 ksps. The converter is a successive approximation register structure based on an internal tracking and holding circuitry. It can be configured to accept input IN0 via IN7 8 input signals.
Serial data output binary compatible with multiple standards such as SPI, QSPI ™, MICROWIRE ™ and many common DSP serial interfaces.
The ADC108S052 may operate separate analog and digital power supplies. The analog supply (V) can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V for digital supplies (V D) and from +2.7 V to V. The power consumption of a normal +3 V or +5 V supply is 1.5 MW and 7.5 MW, respectively. The power-down function reduces power consumption to 0.09 μW using a +3 V supply and 0.30 μW using a +5 V supply.
The ADC108S052 is packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP package. Operation is guaranteed over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
