Equipped with a 100% tested maximum input current of 25 fA, low operating voltage, and 2000V ESD protection, LMC6001 achieves a low input current operational amplifier, a new industry benchmark. By tightly controlling the molding compound, the state is able to provide the ultra-low input current of molded packaging at a lower cost.
To avoid the long on-on settling times common with other low input current op amps, LMC6001A test is performed three times in the first minute of operation. Even if the units meet the 25 fA limit will be rejected if they drift.
Due to ultra-low input current noise of 0.13 FA/ √ ^Hz, LMC6001 can provide almost noiseless high-resistance source amplification. Added to 100kΩ is only 1 dB, 0.1 dB 1MΩ and 0.01 dB, from 10MΩ to less than 2000MΩ, making it a virtually noiseless amplifier LMC6001
This LMC6001 is ideal for applications that require ultra-low static input leakage-sensitive photoprobe transimpedance amplifiers and sensor amplifiers. Since the input reference noise is only 22 NV/ √ ^Hz, LMC6001 can achieve higher signal-to-noise ratios than JFET input electrometer amplifiers. Other applications in LMC6001 include long-pitch integrators, ultra-high input impedance instrumentation amplifiers, and sensitive electrical field measurement circuits.
