® The LT 1027 is an additional low drift, superior accuracy, excellent line and load regulation and low output impedance for high-precision reference at high frequencies. This device is designed to use 12 - 16 bits A to D and D to a system that must be unused to consume power, heating substrates to meet demanding accuracy requirements. Fast and stable outputs are quickly restored, such as load transients proposed by the reference input of the A to D converter. The LT1027 brings together excellent accuracy and temperature coefficient specifications.
The LT1027 is referenced based on LTC's proprietary advanced underground Zener bipolar process, which eliminates the noise and stability issues associated with surface breakdown devices.
