® The LT 1027 is an additional high accuracy reference for low drift, excellent accuracy, excellent line and load regulation and low output impedance at high frequencies. This device is designed for using 12-16 bits A to D and D to a system that must be unused to heat the substrate to meet demanding accuracy requirements. Fast and stable outputs, such as load transients proposed by the reference input of the A to D converter, are quickly restored. The LT1027 brings together excellent accuracy and temperature coefficient specifications.
The LT1027 is referenced to LTC's proprietary advanced underground Zener bipolar process, which eliminates noise and stability issues associated with surface breakdown devices.
