The THS3092 and THS3096 are dual high voltage, low distortion, high speed, designed to operate in applications requiring large, pin, power linear output signals for ± 5 V wide supply voltage range of ± 15 V current feedback amplifier FETs, and VDSL line drivers.
The THS3096 has a power-down pin(PD)In standby mode, this allows the amplifier to be low power and reduces the quiescent current from microamps to 500 by 9.5 mA.
The wide voltage range, total harmonic distortion of -66 dBc and low up to 10 MHz, in addition, combined with a high slew rate to 5700 V/μs, make the THS3092/6 ideal for high voltage arbitrary waveform driver applications. In addition, the ability to handle large volumes of drive voltage fluctuations into high impedance, high capacitive loads while maintaining good settling time performance makes the THS3092/6 pin driver ideal for driver applications and PowerFETs.
