Product Introduction

THS3092 THS3096 are dual high voltage, low distortion, high speed, designed for applications that require large, such as pins, power linear output signals, ± 5 V wide supply voltage range of ± 15 V current feedback amplifier FETs, and VDSL line drivers.

The THS3096 has a power-down pin (PD) in standby mode, which allows the amplifier to operate at low power consumption and reduces the quiet state current by 9.5 millimeters from microamperes to 500.

The wide voltage range, total harmonic distortion of -66 dBc up to 10 MHz, and the combined high conversion rate to 5700 V/μs make THS3092/6 ideal for high voltage arbitrary waveform driver applications. In addition, the ability to handle large incoming high impedance, high capacitance load drive voltage fluctuations while maintaining good stable time performance makes THS3092/6-pin driver ideal for driver applications and PowerFETs.
