Product Introduction

The UC1875 series of integrated circuits realizes phase shift relative to others, so that a half-bridge resonant switch with constant frequency pulse width modulation, zero voltage switch combined with high-efficiency performance bridge power stage control at high frequency. This circuit can be configured to provide a separate overcurrent fault protection, shutdown, fast voltage or current mode operation control for the home.

A programmable time delay provides insertion of dead time for each output phase. This delay, which provides time, allows the resonant switch to act, which is controlled independently for each pair of outputs (AB, CD).

Since the frequency is 2MHz excessive, it is feasible for the overall switching frequency of the oscillator to be able to operate.
