illustrate
The LM2735 is an easy-to-use, space-saving 2.1A low-side switching regulator ideal for boost and SEPIC DC-DC regulation. It offers all the positive features, providing local DC/DC fast transient response and precise adjustment conversion with minimal PCB area. The switching frequency is internally set to 520kHz or 1.6MHz, allowing the use of small surface-mount pole inductors and capacitors while providing efficiencies up to 90%. Current mode control and internal compensation provide ease of use, minimal component count, regulation over a wide range of operating conditions and high performance. The external shutdown feature is ideal for portable applications with ultra-low standby 80 nA. Small SOT23-5, LLP-6 and eMSOP-8 packages provide space savings. Other features include internal soft-start, circuitry to reduce inrush current, pulse pass-through current limiting, and thermal shutdown.
