illustrate
The LMV791 (single) and LMV792 (dual) low noise, CMOS input op amps provide a low input voltage noise density of 5.8 NV / while consuming only 1.15 milliamps (LMV791) of quiescent current. The LMV791 and LMV792 are unity-gain stable op amps with a gain bandwidth of 17 MHz. The LMV791/LMV792 have a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and can be operated from a single supply. Each functional rail-to-rail output stage of the LMV791/LMV792 is capable of driving 600Ω loads and sourcing up to 60 mA.
The LMV791 family offers optimal performance of low voltage and low noise systems. The CMOS input stage, typical input bias current in several femtoAmperes ranges, and input common-mode voltage range, including ground, make the LMV791 and LMV792 ideal for low power sensor applications. The LMV791 family has a built-in-enabled feature that can be used to optimize power consumption in low-power applications.
The LMV791/LMV792 are manufactured using the state-of-the-art VIP50 process and are available in 6-pin TSOT23 and 10-pin MSOP packages, respectively.
