The A1334 is a 360° contactless, high-resolution programmable magnetic angle position sensor IC. It is suitable for digital systems that use the I²C interface.

This system-on-chip (SoC) architecture includes a front-end based on circular vertical Hall (CVH) technology, a programmable microprocessor based on signal processing, and a digital I²C interface. In addition to rotation angle measurement, the A1332 can be scaled to meet angle measurement applications smaller than 360°. It includes on-chip EEPROM technology, which allows for flexible programming of calibration parameters.

Digital signal processing capabilities, including temperature compensation and gain/offset correction and advanced output linearization algorithms, provide an extremely accurate linear output for both biaxial and off-axis applications.

The A1332 is ideal for automotive applications that require high-speed 360° angle measurements, such as electronic power steering (EPS), transmissions, torsion bars, and other systems that require precise angle measurement. The A1332 linearization solution meets the needs of challenging off-axis applications.

The device is available in a 14-pin TSSOP (LE) package with a wafer on it. The package is a lead-free (Pb) package with 100% matte tin plating on the pin frame.
