AD7607BSTZ 200 kSPS, 8-channel, simultaneous sampling, bipolar, 14-bit ADC   

AD76071 is an 8-channel synchronous sampling 14-bit ADC. The AD7606 has a sample rate of up to 200 ksps per channel. The input signal can be sampled synchronously to preserve the relevant phase information of the signal on the input channel. The device operates from a 5V supply and supports true ± 10V and ±5V bipolar signal inputs. The device includes an on-chip LDO (low dropout regulator), reference and reference buffers, track and hold circuitry, signal conditioning circuitry, translation clock, oversampling capabilities, and high-speed parallel and serial interfaces.

The AD7607 has a throughput rate of up to 200 kSPS per channel. The device contains a low-noise, high-input impedance signal conditioning amplifier that can handle input frequencies in the range of 5 to 10 KHz. The AD7607 integrates a front-end anti-aliasing filter with approximately 40dB attenuation while sampling at fast throughput rates of up to 200 kSPS. The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled via CONVST signals and internal oscillators. Two CONVST pins enable simultaneous sampling of 8 analog inputs or two sets of 4 analog input channels. The AD7607 has an oversampling capability. An optional oversampling mode further improves noise performance and reduces output code expansion for lower throughput cases.
