The LM2757 is a constant, frequency-preregulated switched capacitor charge pump operating at 1.25 MHz to produce a regulated low noise output voltage. The device is configurable to deliver up to 100 mA at 4.1V, 110 mA at 4.5V, or 5V 180mA. Excellent efficiency, realized operating benefits are 3/2 or 2 depending on input voltage and output voltage options to select charge pumps without the use of inductors.
The LM2757 presents a high impedance at the V OUT pin when it is off. This allows the use of applications needed while the LM2757 off regulated output bus is driven by another supply.
