illustrate
The LM6152/LM6154 use a patented circuit topology that provides a new level of speed versus power performance necessary before compromising on applying low voltage supplies or power limits. With a gain bandwidth of 75 MHz of only 1.4 mA/amplifier supply current, this device supports portable applications where new higher power devices unacceptably drain battery life. A device with an increased slew rate increases the input differential voltage, allowing the device to handle capacitive loads while maintaining a large amplitude of the signal.
The LM6152/LM6154 exceed the voltage of both supply rails, eliminating concerns about exceeding the common-mode voltage range to be driven. The output rail-to-rail output swing capability provides maximum dynamic range. This is especially important when operating at low supply voltages.
Operating from 2.7V to 24V and above supply, the LM6152/LM6154 are excellent for a wide range of applications, from high-speed instruments to battery-powered systems with large bandwidth requirements.
