illustrate
The LM6152/LM6154 uses a patented circuit topology that provides a new level of speed and power performance that requires compromises before applying low-voltage power supplies or power limits. The device has a gain bandwidth of only 1.4 mA/amp supply current at 75 MHz, supporting portable applications where new, higher power devices lose battery life unacceptably. The increased slew rate of the device increases the input differential voltage, so that the device can handle capacitive loads while maintaining a large amplitude of the signal.
The LM6152/LM6154 exceeds the voltage of both rails, eliminating concerns about exceeding the common-mode voltage range and can be driven. The output rail-to-rail output swing capability provides maximum dynamic range. This is especially important when operating at low supply voltages.
From 2.7V to 24V and above, the LM6152/LM6154 are excellent for a wide range of applications, from high-speed instruments to battery-powered systems with high bandwidth requirements.
