Product Details:

The HMC646LP2(E) is an SPDT switch in a leadless DFN surface-mount plastic package for high-power applications requiring very low distortion and up to 40 W with a duty cycle of less than 10%, such as transmit/receive and LNA protection. This robust switch controls signals from 100 to 2100 MHz*, making it ideal for TD-SCDMA/3G repeaters, PMRs, automotive telematics, and satellite end users. The design provides excellent +46 dBm P0.1 dB and +74 dBm IIP3 performance on the transmit (Tx) port. When DC power is not available, the fail-safe topology provides a low-loss path from Tx to RFC.
