Product details

The HMC646LP2(E) is oneSPDT switchThe leadless DFN surface-mount plastic package can be used in transmit/receive and LNA protection for high power applications requiring very low distortion and up to 40 W with a duty cycle of less than 10%. This robust switch controls signals from 100 to 2100 MHz* and is ideal for TD-SCDMA/3G repeater, PMR, automotive telematics, and satellite user terminal applications. This design provides excellent +46 dBm P0.1 dB and +74 dBm IIP3 performance at the transmit (Tx) port. When DC power is not available, the fail-safe topology provides a low-loss path from Tx to RFC.
