HMC721LC3C is an XOR/XNOR gate feature designed to support data rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. HMC721LC3C also has an output level control pin VR that can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals HMC721LC3C are connected to ground via a 50-Ω resistor top termination and support DC or AC coupling. The differential outputs of HMC721LC3C can be DC or AC coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system, or DC isolation capacitors if 50 Ω terminated to a non-ground DC voltage. HMC721LC3C is powered from a single -3.3V DC supply and is housed in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
