HMC678LC3C is a 2:1 selector that supports data transfer rates up to 13 Gbps and the selector port operates at frequencies up to 13 GHz. The selector routes one of the two single-ended inputs to the differential output when port placement is appropriately selected. All single-ended signals of the input HMC678LC3C are terminated to on-chip ground at 50 Ω and support AC or DC coupling.
HMC678LC3C output supports differential or single-ended operation. The output can be directly connected to a 50-Ω termination system, while DC-blocking capacitors can be used if 50 Ω terminated to a non-grounded DC voltage. HMC678LC3C operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and is available in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
