The HMC675LC3C is a SiGe, single-chip,Ultra-fast comparator, integrated small swing CML output driver and latch input. The comparator supports 10 Gbps operation while providing 100 ps propagation delay and 60 ps minimum pulse width with 0.2 ps rms random jitter (RJ).
With a typical overdrive and slew rate dissipation of 10 ps, the device is suitable for applications ranging from ATE to wideband communications. The small swing CML output stage is designed to drive 400 mV directly to 50 Ω terminated in GND. The HMC675LC3C features high-speed latching and programmable hysteresis and can be configured as latch operation or tracking comparator.
