HMC723LC3C oneD-type trigger, designed to support data transfer rates of up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz. During normal operation, data is transmitted to the output on the edge of the positive clock. Inverting the clock input enables negative edge triggering applications. HMC723LC3C also has an output level control pin VR, which can be used for loss compensation or signal level optimization.
All input signals of the HMC723LC3C are terminated to ground through a 50-Ω resistor on-chip and are DC or AC coupled. The differential output of the HMC723LC3C can be DC or AC-coupled. The output can be connected directly to a 50 Ω ground termination system, and DC blocking capacitors can be used if 50 Ω terminated to a non-ground DC voltage. The HMC723LC3C operates from a single -3.3V DC supply in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm SMT ceramic package.
