Using a patented circuit topology, the LM6152/LM6154 provides a new level of performance in speed and power applications where low voltage power supplies or power limits were previously necessary to compromise performance. With only 1.4 mA/amp supply current and 75 MHz gain bandwidth, the device's new portable applications allow for unacceptable loss of battery life for higher power devices. The device's slew rate increases with an increase in the input differential voltage, allowing the device to handle capacitive loads while maintaining the amplitude of a large signal.

The LM6152/LM6154 can drive voltages over two rails, eliminating concerns about exceeding the common-mode voltage range. The rail-to-rail output swing capability provides the maximum possible output dynamic range. This is especially important when operating at low supply voltages.

Operating from 2.7V to over 24V supply, the LM6152/LM6154 is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications, from large bandwidth requirements to high-speed meter battery-powered systems.
