LM96000, hardware monitoring, two-wire digital interface compatible with SMBus 2.0. Using an 8-bit ΣΔ ADC, LM96000 measures:
- The temperature of the transistors to which the two remote diodes are connected and their own dies
- VCCP, 2.5V, 3.3VSBY, 5.0V, 12V supply (internal scaling resistance)
To set the fan speed, LM96000 have three PWM outputs controlled by each of the three temperature zones. Support for high and low PWM frequency ranges. LM96000 includes a digital filter that can be called smoothly to better control the temperature readings of the fan speed. LM96000 has 4 speed inputs to measure fan speed. Limits and status registers for all measurements are also included.
