Ultra-low power consumption, low input leakage current LMC6041 hallmark. Offering a typical input current of only 2 fA, LMC6041 can operate from a single supply with an output swing extended to each rail, and an input voltage range, including ground.
The LMC6041 is ideal for systems that require ultra-low power consumption. In addition, the insensitive latching, high output driver without the need for external pull-up resistors, and the output swing makes it ideal for single-supply battery-powered systems.
Other applications for LMC6041 include barcode readers, amplifiers, magnetic and electric field detectors, and handheld electrometers.
The equipment is established with the country's advanced Shuangli silicon gate CMOS process.
