illustrate
Ultra-low power, low input leakage current is the hallmark of the LMC6041. Delivering only a typical input current of 2 fA, the LMC6041 can operate from a single supply, with output swing extending to each rail, and input voltage range, including ground.
The LMC6041 is ideal for systems requiring ultra-low power consumption. In addition, insensitive latch-off, a high-output driver that eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor, swings the output ideal for single-supply battery-powered systems.
Other applications for the LMC6041 include barcode reader amplifiers, magnetic and electric field detectors, handheld electrometers.
The device is built with the state's advanced double-sharp silicon gate CMOS process.
See the dual LMC6042, and the quad amplifier LMC6044 for these functions.
