illustrate
The LP5900 linear regulator is a current that provides an output of 150 mA. Designed to meet the requirements of RF/analog circuits, the LP5900 device provides digital with low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and low line transient response. Using new innovative design technology, the LP5900 provides leading device noise performance at the level of a noiseless bypass capacitor.
The device is designed with 0.47μF input and output ceramic capacitors. (No bypass capacitance is required)
The device is available in micro-SMD and LLP packages. In addition, the thin micro SMD package in Exteme. For all other package options, contact your local NSC sales office.
This device provides 1.5V, 1.575V, 1.8V, 1.9V, 2.0V, 2.1V, 2.2V, 2.3V, 2.5V, 2.6V, 2.65V, 2.7V, 2.75V 2.8V, 2.85V 3.0V, 3.3V and 4.5V outputs. Please contact your local sales office for any other voltage options.
