The LP3990 regulator is designed to meet the requirements of portable, battery-powered, accurate output voltage, low noise, and low quiescent current systems. The LP3990 will provide up to 150mA of load current from a low input voltage of 2V to 0.8V output. When switching into shutdown mode through the logic signal on the enable pin, power consumption is reduced to almost zero.
The LP3990 is designed to be space-stable with small ceramic capacitors up to 1.0μF.
Performance is specified for a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
For output voltages higher than 0.8V, etc., 1.2, 1.35V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.3V or contact your local NSC sales office.
