Output current capability: 1A Inrush current limit (driver 150μF load) Standby: 1μA quiescent current No parasitic diodes Built-in XOR function eliminates "glue" logic Switch off first and then switch Control the rise and fall time description The LTC ® 1470 switch has a PC Memory Card International Association (PCMCIA) card with a V CC pin in the slot between three operating states: off, 3.3V and 5V. Two low RDS(ON)N-channel power MOSFETs are driven by a built-in charge pump that generates a higher voltage than the supply voltage, fully boosting each switch when the input control logic is selected. LTC1470 inputs are compatible with industry-standard PCMCIA controllers. A built-in iso ensures that the two switches are never at the same time. This feature also makes LTC1470 compatible with both L-Active and High-Active controllers (see Application Information section). Controls the rise time of the switch to eliminate power supply glitches. LTC1470 features built-in SafeSlot - ™ current limit and thermal shutdown. The output current of 1A is limited in the short circuit of the ground, but the peak operating current of 2A is allowed. LTC1471 is a two-channel version of the LTC1470 and 16-pin SO package.
