description

The 8-bit LTC™1665 and 10-bit LTC1660 integrate eight tiny 16-pin SSOP packages in a narrow, accurate, continuously addressed digital-to-analog converter (DAC). Each buffer DAC extracts just over 56μA of total supply current and also provides DC output currents in excess of 5mA and reliable capacitive load drive capability up to 1000pF. Sleep mode, further reducing the total supply current to 1μA. Lingliert's proprietary, inherently monotonic voltage interpolation architecture provides excellent linearity while allowing for a very small external form factor. Ultra-low supply current, power-saving sleep mode, and extremely compact size LTC1665 and LTC1660 ideal for battery-powered applications, while their ease of use, high performance, and wide voltage range make them an excellent choice as a general-purpose converter.
