LTC ® 1440/LTC1441/LTC1442 ultra-low-power single and dual comparators with built-in references. Comparison features exceed temperature less than 3.7μA supply current (LTC1440), 1.182V ± 1% reference, programmable hysteresis (LTC1440/LTC1442), and TTL/CMOS outputs, receiver, and source currents. The reference output can drive up to 0.01μF of bypass capacitors without oscillation.
Compare operations from one 2V to 11V single or dual ± 1V ± 5.5V supply (LTC1440). Easy programming of the comparison hysteresis is via two resistors and the HYST pin (LTC1440/LTC1442). The input of each comparator is from a negative internal 1.3V positive supply. The comparator's output stage can continuously source up to 40mA. By eliminating cross-conducted currents, which normally change logic states when they occur, power supply glitches are eliminated.
LTC1440 are available in 8-pin PDIP, SO, MSO, and DFN packages. LTC1441/LTC1442 are available in 8-pin PDIP and SO packages.
