ISL95874,ISL95875,ISL95876 ICs are single-phase synchronous step-down PWM regulators with Intersil's proprietary R4 ™ technology. The wide input voltage range of 3.3V to 25V is ideal for battery or AC adapter power supply operating systems. ISL95875 and ISL95876 are low-cost solutions for applications that require dynamically selecting a slew rate-controlled output voltage.
