illustrate
The LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 are single, dual and quad low voltage, low power operational amplifiers. They are designed for low voltage in portable applications. Other important product features are low input bias current, rail-to-rail output, and wide temperature range.
The turnaround time of the patented Class AB greatly reduces the voltage at higher frequencies, power consumption, noise, and offset voltages. The PMOS input stage provides an ultra-low input bias of 20fA (typical) current and high input impedance for the user.
The -40 industrial plus temperature range ° C to 125 ° C allows the LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 to adapt to the environment for an extended range of applications. The LMV341 expands National Semiconductor's silicon dust amplifier product line with improvements in scale, speed and energy-saving products. The guaranteed LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 operate from 2.7V to 5.5V above and all have rail-to-rail outputs.
The LMV341 provides a shutdown pin that can be used to disable the device. Once in shutdown mode, the supply current drops to 45pA (typical). The LMV341/LMV342/LMV344 at 10kHz have GBW 29nV voltage noise at 1MHz, slew rate of 1.0V/μs, 0.25mVos, and 0.1μA shutdown current (LMV341.)
The LMV341 is available in tiny 6-pin SC70 packages, the LMV342 is a space-saving 8-pin MSOP and SOIC and a 14-pin TSSOP and SOIC LMV344. These small package amplifiers provide an ideal solution for applications with minimal PC board area requirements. Applications with limited PC board area requirements include portable electronics such as mobile phones and PDAs.
