illustrate
The LMH™6645 (single) and LMH6646 (dual), rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback amplifiers provide a high speed (55MHz), low voltage operation (2.7V) off function (LMH6647 single) in addition to micropower.
The input common-mode voltage range is supplied by 0.3V or more, improving ease of use where previously second only to devices can be used for a variety of applications. Any rail in the output voltage range is 20mV, especially in the dynamic range of low voltage applications. Even at low supplies of 650μA/amplifier current, the output current capability remains at a decent drive heavy load ± 20mA. Important equipment parameters such as bandwidth, slew rate, and output current remain relatively independent of the operating supply voltage by a combination of process improvements and design architectures.
In portable applications, the LMH6647 provides turn-off capability while maintaining shutdown current of less than 50μA. Both turn-on and turn-off characteristics, as well as performance during transition, are performed with minimal output fluctuation. This enables some applications in power-saving mode as well as multiplexing. (SOT23, MSOP-8 and SO-8) miniature packages are further taken to alleviate the board area of these low-power high-speed devices in applications where the board area is invaluable to adoption.
