illustrate
The LMH™6645 (single) and LMH6646 (dual), rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback amplifiers provide micropower removal high-speed (55MHz), low-voltage operation (2.7V) shut-off function (LMH6647 single).
The input common-mode voltage range is supplied from 0.3V or more, increasing ease of use where the device was previously second only to the device for a wide variety of applications. The output voltage range is 20mV for any rail, especially in the dynamic range of low voltage applications. Even at a low supply of 650μA/amplifier current, the output current capability is maintained at a decent drive heavy load ± 20mA current. Important device parameters such as bandwidth, slew rate and output current remain relatively independent of the operating supply voltage by a combination of process improvement and design architecture.
In portable applications, LMH6647 provide shutdown capability while maintaining a shutdown current of less than 50μA. These two on- and shutdown characteristics and the performance during transition with minimal output fluctuations. This makes it possible to use some in power-saving mode, as well as in multiplexing applications. (SOT23, MSOP-8, and SO-8) micro-packaging measures to mitigate the invaluable adoption of board area in applications for these low-power, high-speed devices.
