illustrate
The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 devices are single, dual and quad low offset voltage, rail-to-rail input and output precision amplifiers, each with a CMOS input stage and a wide supply voltage range. The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are part of the LMP family of precision amplifiers ideal for sensor interfaces and other instrumentation applications. These decompensated amplifiers are stable at 6 and higher yields.
The guaranteed low offset voltage of 200 μV for precision applications of the LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 with guaranteed low input bias current of less than ± 1 pA is ±. The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are capable of utilizing VIP50 technology, which enables a combination of CMOS input stages and rail-to-rail common-mode voltages of 12V supply voltage. The LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 are ideal for many applications where conventional CMOS devices cannot operate due to voltage conditions.
The unique design of each LMP7707/LMP7708/LMP7709 rail-to-rail input stage greatly reduces CMRR glitches typically associated with rail-to-rail input amplifiers. During the free input phase, both sides have been trimmed to reduce the difference between NMOS and PMOS offset. The 40 mV output swing within either railway is required to maximize signal dynamic range in applications requiring low supply voltages.
The LMP7707 is available in space-saving 5-pin SOT23 and 8-pin SOIC packages, the LMP7708 is available in 8-pin MSOP and 8-pin SOIC packages, and the LMP7709 is available in quad and 14-pin SOIC packages in 14-pin TSSOP packages. These small package areas are an ideal solution for PC boards and portable electronics.
