LTC®The 3675 is a digitally programmable, high efficiency, multiple output power supply and two stringsLED driversIC, optimized for high power single-cell Li-Ion/Li-Polymer battery applications. The DC/DC consists of four synchronous buck converters (1A / 1A / 500mA / 500mA), one synchronous boost DC/DC (1A), and one buck-boost DC/DC (1A), all powered from a single 2.7V to 5.5V input. The 40V LED driver regulates up to 25mA of current flowing through two strings of LEDs, each containing up to 10 LEDs. The LED driver can also be configured as a general-purpose high voltage boost converter.
DC/DC enable, output voltage, switching slew rate, and operating mode are all I2C is set individually or used in single mode by default with simple I/O and power-up. Step-down DC/DC can be used alone or in parallel to provide higher output current with a common inductor. I is used for LED enablement, 60dB brightness control, and grayscale increase or decrease2C to set. Low VINAlarm levels with high chip temperatures can also pass I2C is set and utilizes a maskable interrupt output to monitor for DC/DC and system failures.
Pushbutton ON/OFF/Reset control and a power-on reset output provide flexibility and reliable power-up sequencing. The LTC3675 is available in a low profile (only 0.75mm height), thermally enhanced 44-lead 4mm × 7mm QFN package.
