The DAC0800 family of monolithic 8-bit high-speed current output digital analog converters (DACs) has a typical solution of 100 ns. When monotonically behaved as a multiplying DAC, a reference current range of 40 to 1 is possible. The DAC0800 series also has a high current output supplement that allows 20 VPs to perform differential output voltages with simple resistive loads. Current matching referenced to an overall better than ± 1 LSB eliminates the need for full decoration in most applications, while outperforming ± 0.1 temperature accumulation error minimizes the system's nonlinearity%.

Noise immunity will accept various levels of logic. The performance and features of the device is only 33 milliwatts, with a ± 5V supply essentially at ± 4.5V to ± 18V supply voltage range and power consumption unchanged is independent logic input levels.

The DAC0800, DAC0802, DAC0800C and DAC0802C are DAC-08, digital-to-analog converter-08A devices, DAC-08C and DAC-08H, respectively, direct replacement. For single-supply operation, quote one - 1525.
