illustrate
The DS90LV047A is a quad-stream CMOS designed for differential line drive applications requiring ultra-low power consumption and high data rates. The device is designed to support excess data rates at 400 Mbps (200 MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology.
The low-voltage DS90LV047A accepts TTL/CMOS input levels and converts them into low-voltage (350 millivolts) differential output signals. In addition, the driver supports a three-state function that can be used to disable the output stage, disabling the load current, thereby removing the device from the typical idle state of ultra-low ® power of 13 mW. There is a flowing DS90LV047A through pinouts for easy PCB layout.
* The EN and EN inputs are phased together to control the three-state output. The concession is available to all four drivers. Together with the companion DS90LV047A line receiver (DS90LV048A), they provide a new alternative to high power pseudo, electrochemiluminescence high-speed point-to-point interface applications.
