The DS90LV047A is a four-stream CMOS designed for applications that require ultra-low power consumption and high data rates through differential line drives. The device is designed to support redundant data rates at 400 Mbps (200 MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signal (LVDS) technology.

The low-voltage DS90LV047A accepts TTL/CMOS input levels and converts them into low-voltage (350 mV) differential output signals. In addition, the driver supports a three-state ® function that can be used to disable the output stage, disabling the load current, thus removing the device in a typical idle state at an ultra-low power of 13 mW. There is a flowing DS90LV047A through the lead wire to facilitate PCB layout.

* EN and EN inputs are combined to control the three-state output. The handicap applies to all four drivers. and companion DS90LV047A-line receivers (DS90LV048A) provide a new alternative to high-power pseudo-electrochemiluminescence high-speed point-to-point interface application devices.
